Major features

• A chat widget now floats on every page, with your inbox, who's online, and quick replies without leaving what you're doing.
• The widget shows a live row of online members that refreshes every 30 seconds.
• Product pages have a fresh design: a 16:9 cover that opens in a large preview, who created it, and what it unlocks.
• What's included is grouped into groups, courses and blogs, with related products underneath.
• Plan pages follow the same new design. Higher tiers show "Everything in previous plan, plus:" and a badge with how many items are included.
• Expired product access is now clear, with a buy again option where the product allows it.
• You can now report a product, and report reasons are tailored to what you're reporting, with dedicated options for courses and members.
• A reminder email goes out 24 hours before a cancelled subscription ends.
• Sharing a profile or other in-app link in chat shows a rich preview.
• Photos in HEIC and HEIF and videos in MKV and HEVC can now be uploaded.

Improvements

• The sign-in banner for guests at the bottom of pages has a new look.
• Your own profile has a new empty state, and you can create a post right from it.
• New members joining a community with fewer than five members see an early member welcome.
• The reviews section on the landing page is hidden when there are no testimonials.
• Product cards spell out what access they give, and access length now reads as years, months and days.
• Event search can filter by status, location, in-person or online, and any time, and cards show how many people registered.
• Members in chat can be searched by username and filtered by role.
• Products marked all-inclusive explain what that covers.
• Related product links open in a new tab.
• The saved posts empty state has clearer wording.

Fixes

• Videos now upload from iPhones.
• Your unsent messages no longer appear on the wrong side of the chat.
• GIFs can be sent from mobile devices.
• The report user popup now opens in chat widgets on mobile.
• The blocked tag is removed from chat as soon as you unblock someone.
• Opening notifications closes the chat widget, and post and course popups sit above it.
• Switching accounts no longer shows the previous account's conversations.
• Accepting a connection request no longer creates a duplicate follow.
• Long words in event descriptions wrap instead of overflowing.
• Duplicate all-inclusive badges and page metadata are removed.
• Plan perks inherited from other plans display correctly.
