Oct 12, 2026: Single Sign-On, 2 GB Uploads and a Faster Feed
Major features
- With single sign-on (SSO), members signed in on your own website or app arrive in your community already signed in, with no second account, password or verification email, and you never have to send us your member list.
- Almost everything in the feed is faster, from posting and scrolling to reacting, voting and commenting: new text posts appear about 7× faster, and more posts load about 40% faster as you scroll.
- Each video or audio file can now be up to 2 GB, nearly 7× the old 300 MB limit.
- Videos and audio files now process in the background, with a processing message and a notification when they're ready, so members never see broken or half-loaded media in the feed.
- Replies now load only when you open them, so even very large discussions open quickly.
- You can mute notifications on a post when you no longer want to follow the conversation.
- Community managers can choose a standard or compact layout for their group pages.
- The group Media tab now shows documents and audio.
Improvements
- Clicking a comment notification takes you straight to that comment and opens any hidden replies around it.
- After you post a comment or reply, the page scrolls to show it.
- Saving or unsaving a post updates your saved posts count everywhere straight away, without refreshing the page.
- Voting in and closing polls is more reliable.
- The list of people who reacted to a post stays smooth, even with hundreds of reactions.
Fixes
- Fixed the price filter for blogs in your wishlist.
- Fixed the blank screen when your event wishlist was empty.
- Fixed the settings page not opening.
- Fixed searching, sorting and unblocking in your blocked members list.
- Fixed GIFs not showing when you edit a comment.
- Fixed the reply box staying open after you move to a different post.
- Fixed poll end times not saving correctly.
- Fixed the feed briefly going blank when you refresh the page.
